EXPERIENCE MATTERS. ENERGY IS WHAT CONNECTS.
We bring over 50 years of combined experience in musical direction, vocal direction and creative direction across live, studio and broadcast. We’ve musically directed many international tours, including Ed Sheeran’s Mathematics World Stadium Tour, the 4th largest grossing tour in history, and we bring that same expertise and energy to everything we do.
We’ve been part of No.1 albums, created headline performances for some of the world’s biggest platforms and stages, and been trusted with some of the most high-profile moments in live music and broadcast. From Jools Holland and the BRIT Awards to Good Morning America, we’ve been in those rooms, and we’ve delivered.
We care as much about the people in the process as the outcome of it, every artist, musician and team member we work with feels that from day one.
Whether it’s a stadium show or nurturing breakthrough talent, we bring the same focus, confidence and energy to every project. That’s our promise.

We really care about the people we work with. Artists, musicians, and their wider teams, we make sure everyone feels supported and valued throughout the process. That’s non-negotiable.
Our approach is straightforward: fair collaboration and flexible rates that reflect the scale of the project and the stage of the artist’s career. We’re a collective that covers every angle, from musical and vocal direction to budgets, booking spaces, and managing communication across musicians and wider teams. We can handle everything, or focus on the areas where you need us most.
No ego. Just genuine passion for bringing artists’ visions to life.
We cover every angle - from the first creative conversation to the final show. Here’s what that looks like in practice.
Shaping live performances, studio recordings, and broadcasts from creation to execution.
We bridge the gap between studio recordings and live performances, acting as the people who ensure every department is working together creatively. For touring artists, that means translating recordings into live arrangements, managing rehearsals, hiring musicians, integrating backing tracks, and making sure the artist’s vision is fully realised on stage.
The arranging and rehearsal process is at the core of it, deconstructing studio tracks to rebuild them for live performance, creating setlists, and teaching parts to musicians. We put a lot of thought into how those sessions feel, not just what they achieve. Everyone in the room knows exactly what they’re doing and why. The process is collaborative, and there’s a real energy to it. People enjoy being in those rehearsals. That matters to us.
On the technical side, we manage playback sessions, integrate prerecorded tracks, and ensure everything works seamlessly with the front-of-house sound engineer and the wider crew, so that when the show is running, nothing is left to chance.
We also create and compose original music intros, outros, segues, and transitions that help construct a finished, cohesive show. But perhaps the most important part of what we do is the leadership and communication that runs through all of it. We’re the people who hold the artist’s vision, communicate it clearly to everyone in the room, and direct the musical flow of the entire show. That role, being the connective thread between the artist and every musician on stage, is at the very core of what we do, and we take it seriously.
Building confidence that carries into every performance, on stage, in the studio, and under pressure.
We coach and direct artists to bring out their very best vocal performances. That starts with really listening, understanding where an artist is, what they need, and how to help them reconnect with their voice. Bad habits get corrected, but always with care and always in a way that builds the artist up. Every session ends with people feeling more capable and more confident than when they walked in.
Vocal health is a big part of what we do, because looking after an artist’s voice means looking after them. We offer tailored rehabilitation and habilitation exercises, and it’s worth understanding the distinction. Rehabilitation is about recovery: helping artists return their voice to full health after voice loss, fatigue, or injury. Habilitation goes further, it’s the process of building and strengthening the voice beyond its previous state, equipping it to meet specific demands. Whether an artist needs to recover or to develop, we work with them on both. We give practical guidance on vocal hygiene, hydration, rest, and the lifestyle habits that protect the voice over a long run of shows. And we work on technique: breath control, resonance, projection, stamina, and range, all specific to what that artist actually needs.
In the studio, our role is to help the artist connect with the emotion of the song, not just hit the notes, but really mean them. We develop vocal arrangements, work up backing vocals and harmonies, craft ad-libs, and push the artist, in the best possible way, to capture their greatest vocal take.
As backing vocal and choir arrangers, we work with an artist’s backing vocalists and choirs to create parts that give optimal vocal support on stage. Every member of that vocal team matters, we make sure they’re as well prepared and as well supported as the artist themselves. Together, we build arrangements that genuinely enhance the emotion and energy of each performance, giving every show a depth and power that an audience feels long after the night is over.
We also work with artists on as-live vocals, and it’s worth explaining what that means. As-live recordings are pre-recorded vocal performances captured to sound exactly as they would live, which then play back during the show. We use them for two reasons: to help sustain vocal stamina across the demands of a long tour, and to give artists the freedom and confidence to focus fully on their performance, especially when they’re also dancing.
It’s a professional, widely used tool in live production, and we approach it with the same care and craft as everything else we do.
Connecting the industry with exceptional talent from our curated global roster.
We connect artists and labels with the right musicians and backing vocalists for every project. We find talent across the world, our network is genuinely global, and wherever the right person is, we’ll find them. We take real care matching people to projects, not just on ability, but on fit, feel, and the kind of collaborative environment we know brings out the best in everyone.
The right person in the right room makes everything better. We know our roster well, and we look after the people on it.
Creating moments that enhance the show beyond the music.
This is where our heart values really come into their own. We work with artists to help them feel genuinely confident, free, and fully themselves on stage, and that takes real trust. We build that trust carefully, because we know that when an artist feels safe, that is when their best and most authentic work comes through.
We work with artists on their performance and movement, on how they tell their story between songs, and on how they connect with the people in front of them. That dialogue with an audience, the moments that are not the music, matter more than people often realise, and we give it the same attention and care as everything else. Working closely with wider creative teams, we help shape standout moments that are distinctly the artist’s own. The ones that make the whole room feel it, and remind everyone why live music matters.
Managing budgets, logistics, and communication across teams so you do not have to.
Great shows are built on solid foundations, and the people making them deserve to be able to focus on what they do best. We manage budgets, handle logistics, book spaces, coordinate musicians, and keep communication flowing across the team. All the infrastructure work is done thoroughly and calmly, so that every artist, musician, manager, label, and creative on the project can give their full attention to the work itself.
